UK Mainland

Orders 0-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg+ are sent via APC.

Delivery via Yodel can take 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day. Large furniture items will need to be shipped via pallet. We will contact you via email to arrange the delivery.

Northern Ireland

Orders 100g-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg+ are sent via DPD.

Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands

Orders 0-3kg for the Scottish Highlands will be sent via Yodel, and 3kg+ with APC. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL.

The following postcodes fall into the Scottish Highlands and Isles: AB37-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21 , HS, IM, IV1 – IV56, KA27 & KA28, KW, PA20 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PA80 – PA88, PH17 – PH44, PH49 & PH50,PO30 – PO41, TR(21-25), ZE.

European Shipping

Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Romania.

Orders are shipped with DHL.

EU delivery usually takes up to 1 week after dispatch, but customs delays may occur. Outside the EU, delivery can take up to 15 working days.

EU orders may incur customs fees, payable by the receiver.

Switzerland & Norway

Orders are sent via DHL.

For orders 25 kg+, shipping costs are quoted only and will be provided via email once the order has been prepared in our warehouse.

USA & Canada

Orders are sent via DHL.

Delivery can take up to 2 weeks after dispatch.

Please note that we’re currently unable to ship orders weighing 1kg or more to Canada. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
